[Neighbors] Tent in Alley, This is how it starts. Fwd: Neighbors_nobhill-nm Digest, Vol 143, Issue 19

Hello neighbors,
The moment I see an encampment, I report it on the *ABQ 311 *app.
I recommend everyone download it and use it for graffiti, damaged street
signs, streetlight outages, abandoned shopping carts, needles, and of
course, encampments.
It's very fast and convenient to use, I can have something reported in
under a minute, no waiting on the phone.
Best,
Drew
