[Neighbors] yard clearing suggestions

Good evening neighbors, and a Happy Fourth! May we all survive the idiots who like to set off fireworks in an urban area.

I'm hoping you have some names for me.

I am in desperate need for someone to clear my front and back yards of the dastardly weeds that have popped up, and to kill the Siberian elms and ailanthus (Tree of Heaven, my arse!) volunteers that refuse to die. I'd like the yards cleared to the bare soil.

I also need to kill and remove the horrible prickly pear-like cactus that my next door neighbor transplanted a decade ago along the railroad ties that separate our front yards. I'll soon be unable to use my driveway!

I would appreciate any names of folks who'd like to take on these challenges. Many thanks for any suggestions.
