[Neighbors] Plumber

 I'm also looking for an experienced plumber to replace a leaky kitchen sink hose that was improperly installed.  I have the part, but 2 other folks plus me can't get the old hose off.  
Any suggestions would be great.

I want an annual "check things over" for my heat, which seems to be working just fine (I just like to be sure).
