Happened around 3am. Btwn the curb and the ART median, no idea how they
made a right angle right turn, at a speed enough to hurl the car into the
place.

And yes, a head scratcher on how a different mayor or less bars on Central
have anything to do with it.

I was just trying to keep us informed and if there's anything we might be
able to do to help them out. Especially considering they'll lose so much
revenue for balloon week
