[Neighbors] Request for Liquor License Transfer, The Library Moveable Feast, NE Corner Richmond Dr. and Central Ave.

Nob Hill friends and neighbors,

 

Neighbors have posed three questions on this thread about the email your
association sent you yesterday. I'd like to clear those up.

 

The agents who were identified, Mark Rhodes and Kyla Stoker, are agents for
the applicant. Most of the information in our email was provided by Mr.
Rhodes including the discussion of operators of the business which says
locals whom Kyla and I have represented......

 

An eagle eyed neighbor pointed out that 3101 and 3108 Central are on
opposite sides of Central. The correct addresses are 3101 and 3103 Central
Ave. NE. They are adjoining halves of a building. The third address, 102
Richmond Dr., which has been Sala Thai Kitchen in the past, is the rear of
3101.

 

A neighbor indicated he doesn't understand what is being planned and where.
The where is clarified above. The what, as I understand Mr. Rhodes, is an
event space which can serve alcohol and, on weekend nights when not booked
for an event, an upscale lounge. It is my understanding, however, that once
a license is approved an operator can engage in any enterprise which is
legal, not just those discussed during the hearing process.

regarding a possible special meeting of your board on Tuesday.
