[Neighbors] Nob Hill Board Meeting Tuesday and Neighborhood Updates

Friends and Neighbors,

 

-CABQ Liquor Hearing Examiner heard the request for liquor license transfer
for Library Moveable Feast last Thursday. NHNA provided statement of
position. Examiner granted transfer.

 

-Oct. 13 Architecture Walk has filled. We are accepting names for wait list
at theboard at nobhill-nm.com <mailto:theboard at nobhill-nm.com> 

 

-To enter your house for 1 of 3 NM Register plaques email
theboard at nobhill-nm.com <mailto:theboard at nobhill-nm.com> 

Drawing will be at Nov.12 board meeting.



 

-If you won 1 of 6 trees at the annual members' meeting please be in contact
with Jeff Gittelman jeffgittelman at gmail.com <mailto:jeffgittelman at gmail.com>
to set up planting.

Please soak your trees' root zones out to and slightly beyond the drip line.
The ground is dry!

 

-Board Meeting Tuesday night, Oct. 1. See agenda at

-At annual members' meeting members did not elect sufficient board members
to meet our bylaws. We have 4; need 6.

Board can appoint up to 2 board members to serve 11 months until Sept. 2025
annual members' meeting.

We are eager to hear from members who would consider this opportunity to
serve.
