> SECTION 1. ELIGIBILITY. The Planning Department shall evaluate, analyze, process, and recommend zoning conversions that result in more housing options, consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and the IDO implementation goals citywide, for properties in one of the following categories. 
> (A)                     Properties zoned R-1 on corner lots of local streets are eligible to be converted to R-ML.
> (B)                     Properties zoned R-1 on a collector or arterial street are eligible to be converted to MX-T. 
> (C)                     Properties zoned R-1 in other locations are eligible to be converted to R-T.
> (D)                     Properties zoned R-T on corner lots of local streets are eligible to be converted to R-MH. 
> (E)                     Properties zoned R-T on a collector or arterial street are eligible to be converted to MX-L.
> (F)                     Properties zoned R-T in other locations are eligible to be converted 
> to R-ML.
> (G)                     Properties zoned R-ML on a corner lot of local streets are eligible to be converted to R-MH.
> (H)                     Properties zoned R-ML on a collector or arterial street are eligible to be converted to MX-M.
> (I)                     In Metropolitan Redevelopment Areas, properties zoned NR-C, NR-BP, NR-LM, or NR-GM are eligible to be converted to MX-H provided the conversion meets the goals and objectives of the adopted Metropolitan Redevelopment Plan.
