[Neighbors] Immanuel prebyterian church? strangely not busy

Oh my!  That building is quite historic and they hosted so many cultural groups and events.  What a shame.  It would be wonderful if the city could buy it and make it into a community center.   There are no public gyms or community centers in the area.
