[Neighbors] Dumpster fire 2/4/25 by Taco Bell

Hello all.

I happened to wake up earlier than usual today and as I was making coffee
noticed bright lights outside. It was a fire that was set next to my
building in the Taco Bell dumpster.
5:04am.

Luckily it had just started and I was able to get the fire department out
pretty quickly.

I captured the person that started it on camera.

He looked homeless and fairly rough. Mid thirties (?), white, 5’8”(?), dark
black beanie, ripped jeans, dark blue sweatshirt, and a small camouflage
style back pack. He also has a black eye (left).  In footage of him later
this morning (7:15am) he has a bright red backpack as well that looks very
new. I’m hoping it wasn’t stolen from anyone..

Keep a lookout.
