Gary: I agree you did a good job - thank you.  The agenda for tomorrow's council meeting, Monday, Jan 6 at 5:00pm, has this bill under FINAL ACTION, "Amending the IDO regarding applicability, appeals, amending processes and easing restrictions on Housing."  This seems to be happening at warp speed since it was just introduced on Dec. 16.
