Thank you, Gary for shining a light on this issue and thank you, Tandi, 
for sending this letter to Councilor Rogers (did you also send it 
directly to her, or are we safe in assuming that she reads our 
listserve?).

I hope to see something from the Councilor very soon to reassure us that 
we have been heard and this will be postponed to allow for a more 
complete and respectful process!
