Dear Homeowners Association,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing on behalf of Bold Futures
to provide a courtesy notice regarding our upcoming Family Pride event,
which will be held at Morningside Park on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from
11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Family Pride is a family-friendly celebration that uplifts LGBTQ+ families
and allies through community, creativity, and connection. The event will
include music, resource booths, family activities, and food trucks. We are
working closely with the City of Albuquerque to ensure all permits and
logistics are in order and that we remain respectful of the neighborhood.

We recognize and value the importance of keeping residents informed and
want to assure you that our event will be community-centered, inclusive,
and mindful of the space and surrounding homes. We have also hired a trash
pickup agency to ensure we leave the park as clean as possible.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
