[Neighbors] Curious Toast + Scalo in the Coop Space?

 The new owner is the guy who bought the Monte Vista and the former Lilly Barrack and fixed them up.  Also owns multiple hotels in ABQ and SF as well -- Heritage.

This was presented by the Curious Toast owner as a done deal, but it was news to me.

Does anyone have more information?
