[Neighbors] Luminaries

Hi Neighbors. Just wanted to share a letter that my wife Krista and I will
be delivering to the homes on our block of Girard.

The hope is to encourage and promote Luminaries for this upcoming Holiday.
Christmas Eve is a little ways away but just thought it would be nice to
have as many of our Nob Hill neighbors light up the night!
