[Neighbors] Request for Liquor License, 4 Norsemen's Meadery

Dear Jean and Neighbors,

I looked over the website, too.  The theme of this business is Viking and Norse culture.  The "Great Hall" and other references are all light-hearted plays on Viking culture.  It's about as threatening as a Renaissance Fair.
