[Neighbors] Neighbors_nobhill-nm Digest, Vol 165, Issue 11

I'm so sorry this happened to Natalie!  I was approached by this man on a
bike either Friday or Saturday morning about 7am.  He was riding down the
400 block of Hermosa NE, shrieking loudly.  He turned east on Marquette and
approached me at the corner of Marquette and Solano, as I was walking my
dogs.  He yelled slurs at me, and circled around the intersection trying to
provoke me.  When I didn't react he rode off down Solano towards Grand,
still yelling racial slurs.  I don't remember which day it was, it might
have been on Friday right before he attacked Natalie.  I am available if
you need any other witnesses.
