[Neighbors] Friday November 14th Aggravated Assault at Aliso and Copper

Hello Nob Hill Neighbors,

I have some updates. At 7:35am we were informed that the suspect was at
Michael Thomas coffee. My partner and I drove to Michael Thomas coffee, and
successfully identified him. We called the cops. Waited 20 minutes and when
the officer arrived on the scene, the suspect escaped on his purple and
white bike headed west on Central. The police were unable to find him.

Afterwards I spent hours speaking with local businesses in the area- only
to find out that he frequents the Nob Hill area and has been committing
crimes for over a year now. The nice folks at Luminata were able to ID him
and provide detailed photos of him from a few months back, as well as his
name. Noel.

Please see attached photos. And please call the police if you spot him. Do
not inform him that the police are on the way- as he is quite good at
evading them on his bike.

I would also love to know where he is spotted so that I can track his
movements through the city. I have informed all of the businesses in Nob
Hill that he frequents that he is a dangerous man and encouraged them to
call the cops if they spot him.

Description of him:
Goatee
Nose Ring
5'8"-5'9"
140 lbs
Like to wear: camo, beanies, bright orange glove

Today he was spotted wearing a camo jacket, camo pants, and an orange
glove.

Bike description:
Purple Trek Bike with white on the front
10 speed?
Bike rack
