[Neighbors] Crooks out and about

I had a delivery taken last week while we were out by two guys following the UPS delivery van.  I got it all on my security cams.  Good close up too.

UPS dropped off a package, a book we ordered, not worth much really.  Then a car pulls up, a passenger jumps out with an empty box that had apparently been taken from someplace else and picks up my delivery and puts down the empty box.

Reported to APD.

Hello All:
   The crooks are out. FedEx delivered a package to my house today at 8:20AM it was well concealed from street view. So i believe the crook just followed the FedEx truck as it traveled its route and pirated the delivered packages.
   Fortunately, my package was only worth $16.99 retail. . . . PayPal claim for refund made. Some large steel spikes, which I hope the crook gets stuck up his/her butt!
   Just a heads up folks.
