A lot of auto break-ins go unreported, probably because people don’t expect anything to come of it.

My neighbor across the street told me of his almost new Tundra being broken into in July early one morning.  And he did not report it.  This is Coal at Richmond SE.
He has to park on the street due to no off street parking and he had dark windows on the truck so it is hard to see in the back doors.
But in the floor in back he had some tools.  The burglar was able to identify the tools and broke the window of that door only.

Living here on Coal has become like living next to the drag race track I used to go to as a kid.  ART has turned this once nice area into a free race zone for cars, trucks and motorcycles to sound off their engines and the city seems to let this lawless activity grow.  Not to mention all the waking people looking into houses.

Sincerely,
