There was this guy this morning around 6:30am on Coal, wearing black shorts and a white tee shirt. I thought he was a jogger but then I saw he was carrying a machete and was chopping away  at the branches of the trees on Coal. he ended up chopping both sides of the street.  When I saw him, he was headed west on Coal. Just seemed strange...maybe he was angry about something.
