Yea, I have seen some of these people too. I have two sycamore trees out in my front sidewalk area and they have come along and broken off or chopped the low hanging branches on one tree badly.
I saw him at Carlisle & Coal as he was headed down the hill.I was having my coffee outside this morning when I heard this noise..so I looked over my wall and saw him chopping at the trees
There was this guy this morning around 6:30am on Coal, wearing black shorts and a white tee shirt. I thought he was a jogger but then I saw he was carrying a machete and was chopping away at the branches of the trees on Coal. he ended up chopping both sides
of the street. When I saw him, he was headed west on Coal. Just seemed strange...maybe he was angry about something.
