It is called ART on Central.  People are avoiding Central.

There are no alternate routes other than Lomas (too far away).

Two way options on Lead/Coal will create even more chaos and noise in both directions.

Good luck with an ART constipated Central.

Some concerned neighbors from both the Nob Hill as well University Heights have been meeting to find ways to reduce the increasing traffic issues on Lead/Coal. As as result of their efforts,the city planners are agreeing to meet with interested parties on April 26, 2018 at 1 PM.
