Thanks for reaching out. Armenians and roadside landscaping or managed by the clean cities team out of the solid waste department.

They have been working through our neighborhoods to turn on the sprinklers and assess any up coming landscaping needs. I’ve seen them working on Ridgecrest and on Lead and Coal already. 

I’m copying Matt Whelan, our new SWD director, who can give you more information about the schedule they are using for L/C

I shouldn't have to be responsible for maintaining plants that the City is responsible for. Replacing dead plants that aren't being care for is only going to cost the city more money. Bob Anderson also has addressed this issue. I have also send this directly to Pat Davis.
