I think it is time for the city to turn on the irrigation system along Lead & Coal. I have been watering on the side of my house because plants are starting to die.

I shouldn't have to be responsible for maintaining plants that the City is responsible for. Replacing dead plants that aren't being care for is only going to cost the city more money. Bob Anderson also has addressed this issue. I have also send this directly to Pat Davis.
