Presentation on Noted Author Rudolfo Anaya This Sunday
The Albuquerque Historical Society will present a free lecture on renowned author Rudolfo Anaya and his influence on Albuquerque, this Sunday, August 19 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ventana Salon at the Albuquerque Museum. Mr. Anaya is known for his books set in Albuquerque and New Mexico, and was recently honored with the renaming of the North Valley Library in his name. Mosquito Spraying Can Be Requested Through 311
Even in a dry climate like Albuquerque, we can have issues with mosquitoes in the summer. If you’re seeing an influx of them in your neighborhood and live in either the city or the county, you can request mosquito control spraying by calling 311.
