There was an Accident this morning at 4:15am at the intersection of Carlisle & Coal. The white car supposedly was headed South on Carlisle and the other car allegedly was going the wrong way on Coal and crossed Carlisle, heading West, I walked in the pitch black to check on the drivers since the street light's on Coal, east and West of Carlisle have been Out for 5 months. I have reported it several Times to citilum but still in the dark,
