Mr. Gary Eyster,

 

This email is notification that we have submitted an application for building permit to the City of Albuquerque.  The property is an entire City block bound by Central Avenue, Montclaire, Sierra, and Copper (See Attached Zone Atlas Page). The proposed project is a new multi-family development and the property is zoned MX-M. The site is currently vacant.  

 

We have met with the Nob Hill Neighborhood Association on numerous occasions to review the site plan and building design.  This is the final step in the planning process prior to construction.

Under the IDO, anyone may request, and the City may require the Applicant to attend a City-sponsored facilitated meeting with Neighborhood Associations, based on the complexity and potential impacts of a proposed project (IDO Section 14-16-6-4(D)).
