You are absolutely correct.  The rent district is high and hopefully the out of town commercial building owners will get the message and lower rents so businesses can thrive in Nob Hill.

We hope that we are on our way to recovery.  There are some new businesses opening up and old businesses getting a face lift.so that is a good sign.

Nob Hill will be strong and vibrant again!
