In the recent Nob Hill Neighborhood Newsletter your association announced that, for the 3^rd year, it would donate $285 to purchase and install an NM Historic Register Plaque on a qualifying building in Nob Hill. Structures that contribute to the Monte Vista and College View Historic District and individually listed structures elsewhere in Nob Hill are qualified to display the plaques.

A neighbor at our October 7 board meeting drew the winning entry, Patrick Martin, owner of the 1931 house at 3205 Campus Blvd NE. Congratulations to Patrick! Watch for the plaque at his house.
