At the ballot box in November, a broad majority of voters approved a new gateway center to connect people experiencing homelessness to emergency shelter, resources, and services—and to help them transition into permanent housing.
As the site location and design process moves forward, public input is paramount. There are three different ways to make your voice heard. - Attend our public information and input session on Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon (registration begins at 8:00 am) at the Albuquerque Convention Center. Click here to register.
- Take our online survey. In English here or in Spanish here.
- Take the survey by phone by calling (505) 768-3000.
These three methods of input give you an opportunity to weigh in on criteria for consideration in the design and function of the center, including siting, services offered, and neighborhood impacts.
Thank you for helping shape the future of homeless services in our community. |
