[NMCCSC] Ski Trail Reports

Hi All-  We've had some good, very detailed reports come in for Switchback,
Survey, and 10K north.  No need for more on these.

FOSM will be on these trails with time and resources.  They'll use
chainsaws up to the wilderness and big hand cross-cut saws inside the
wilderness.  Switchback is in their consideration for today.  These
accumulations occur with 'wind events', wet ground.

For those unfamiliar, the meadow between 10K South and Ellis would be
wonderful to ski with good snow, also Ellis service road, and I hear Rocky
Point was clear, though we may need more snow yet.  The Nordic Club is
progressively working on the groomed trails out of Ellis trailhead.   Have
