[NMCCSC] Survey Trail Open

My understanding is that Survey Trail was cleared on Monday Dec 16th to the
10kNo jx. Nine men worked a long day with crosscut saws and hand tools in
temps ranging from 6F to almost 10F, windy.  There were a couple of
sections that are bypasses due to more fall. The report is that the snow
was in good shape.  BetG
