[NMCCSC] Website access fixed (I hope)

Greetings-

Several people, including myself, have complained about not being able 
to access the NMSkiClub website, getting a 403 Forbidden Error.
I did find a problem with the "Wordpress Brute Force Login" software 
that is now fixed, I hope.

This is software to block bots like the russians that troll the internet 
trying to hack into websites.

Anyway, all is well for now.
