For those going with me tomorrow, I wanted to mention the route I am planning to take. We will start from the Ellis TH and proceed up Switchback to the Kiwanis Meadow road and then go north to the parling lot at the top. Depending on the conditions at the parking lot, we may have to take our skis off to get across part of the lot and the road to connect with the Crest trail. We will then go north on the Crest trail until we reach the 10-K and then down the 10-k to Survey and then back on Survey. I am expecting enough fresh powder to make it manageable to ski down a couple of steeper spots on the Crest trail. It is my understanding there are a few down trees on the Crest trail though we should be able to ski around them. Let me know if there are questions.
