I am working Friday in Hobbs, otherwise I would be tempted. Just came back from Grouse Creek yurt yesterday after spending two nights and the snow is more than you can imagine and more on the way. I am already in contact with Angela and promised her the intel. David D'Antonio

 Thank you for considering me for this trip but the notice is too short for me. Snow was excellent there last weekend and they should get a boatload more through this whole week.

 Please let me know if you'd like to join the Grouse Creek Yurt trip this weekend. One person had to cancel after a ski injury this weekend. I'll give preference to those who told me before that they wanted to go but I told them it was full, but if none of them want the spot it is open to anyone in the club. The plan was to leave early Friday morning and return Sunday afternoon. Shared meals except for trail lunch so there isn't a lot of planning and shopping you would need to do. There is already one driver, but they would like a second.   The three other people that are going are Angela Welford, David Saylors, and Penina Ballen.
