[NMCCSC] Good Food, Good Times and T-shirts

Our summer picnic is coming right up on Sunday, June 9th from 4:00 to 7:00
p.m.  Good food, good times AND for the first time the club is offering
T-shirts and hats that celebrate cross-country skiing with the ski club. The
Ski Club T-shirts and Baseball caps will be available for purchase at the
Club Picnic, CASH ONLY.  See the latest newsletter for pictures and more
information.

 

We are using the same venue we used last year- the Oak Flats picnic ground
on South Highway 14 in the Manzano Mountains.  And as always, the club will
provide hamburgers, hot dogs and non-alcoholic beverages, so we have
shopping to do, but before we can do that, we need to know how many of you
are coming. If you want to attend but have not already emailed me or Guy
there is still time but please do so no later than Thursday June 7th and let
one of know if you want a hamburger, hot dog or veggie burger and how many
of each.  Remember they are free but please bring a side to share and an
adult beverage if you wish.

 

We also need one more gas grill, please.  If transportation of the grill is
a problem contact me. And thank all of you who have volunteered to help set
up, clean up and cook, but we can always use more help.

I am looking forward to seeing you at the picnic.
