[NMCCSC] Ellis Skiing

Questions abt ribboned THs, see pic across Survey.  Forest Service put
these up for the purpose of keeping people out of the downed power lines on
servc road. Massive amts equipment/power contractor at Ellis now, Swear
they'll have it all done today.  You can enter those trails frm the north
anyway.

Road clear, sanded and mushy especially after 10K. Ellis PL plowed to
level. Light snow now.     Bet
