[NMCCSC] Sandias-Trail Conditons, Parking, etc.

As Terri previously reported, there are a number of down trees on Switchback though I was able to navigate around all of them. Rocky Poiint seemed to be in better shape. The parking lots at 10-K and Ellis had not been plowed when I left around 12:30 today though the lot at the top of the road had been plowed. Jeff and Scott were out with the groomer and I noticed they had done one run with it on the service road. Cold and windy today.
