[NMCCSC] Oak Flats skiing

We were out there today and I would suggest the Sandias instead.

 Only 3 to 4" and lots of scratches over exposed rocks and Earth.
We did the Ponderosa loop and it was tough conditions but good workout.
It definitely needs more. There's no base snow.
