Roads: no report—took the tram.

Trails: as of noon on Saturday February 22nd:
1- light, wet, snow falling.  Temperature close to 32° F. No wind. 

2-Gravel Pit and Rocky Point-well packed and conducive to snowshoes. 

3-service road track-packed down-no skiers on the track

4-service road-skating-good

5-skiers: 3-4 skaters on the service road.  2 skiers on the trails. 2 snowshoers.  Single person on every other chair at the downhill area; alternate chairs empty.  

Good conditions for skating and snowshoes. Would suggest metal edges in the trees. Not icy but well packed down with no ski track. 1”-2” snow would be welcomed.
