Scott - I’m a big fan of the Backcountry Access BCA Link 2.0. It’s
purpose-built for backcountry skiing, very rugged, and has 2W transmit
power. All the key controls are on the mic, so you can stow the radio in
your pack and route the cable over the shoulder strap. Works really well.
