[NMCCSC] Ski Club funds and purchased items are not available for use on private trips

Hello Ski Club Members,
Club Treasurer Max Shepherd agrees with me that the following statement applies to private long ski trips:
It has always been my understanding that car, Yellowstone, and Silverton trips are private trips and not Club trips.
 Ski Club funds and items purchased with Club funds are not used for these trips.
 It is my opinion, that leftover snacks and drinks from Club bus trips are not available for private trips.
 In the past, left over bus snacks were used as refreshments at Club meetings.
