As you have probably heard the club is converting the Pagosa bus trip scheduled for February 21-24 into the Pagosa Car Trip.  The club has canceled the bus but not the hotel reservations at the Quality Inn across the street from the hot springs.  As far as we know now the cost for the Quality Inn has not changed.  The charge for a double occupancy room will be $129.91 per night or $389.73 for three nights.  That works out to $194.87 per person for three nights if you have a roommate.  Breakfast is included. We are planning on having each individual pay the hotel directly for his or her room. The club will not be collecting any money for this trip but carpoolers should expect to pay the driver our customary club rate of .15 cents per mile. We will do our best to organize carpools and rommates if needed.
If you are interested in joining the car caravan to Pagosa Springs February 21-24 please let David D'Antonio know by responding to this email. Because I am heading out of town again next week, I need to gather all responses and contact the Quality Inn by next Wednesday, Febuary 5th, so do not delay!

Wolf Creek is reporting over 70" of snow with two feet of new powder in the last 72 hours. With many wonderful trails from which to choose, it will be a great time.
