[NMCCSC] Oak flat

Not enough snow to avoid skiing on rocks. Maybe more coming. The Sandias
seem to be getting more snow depth. South 14 is snowpacked & slippery, but
plowed & sanded. I live 2 miles from Oak Flat, so reporting conditions at
my place.
