[NMCCSC] Cancel Level 1- novice-Level 2 Tour, Tues Feb 2, Ellis

Too bad, due to not-prime snow conditions for Level ! at the Crest, we're
going to cancel the tour for Tuesday, tomorrow.  Better to be fun and safe
than to struggle and bash.  We'll gather the troops again after a nice
snowfall.

Thanks to ALL the good reports from you folks on the conditions.  Bet
