[NMCCSC] Sandia Crest is good

Carol and I went today. Probably 2 feet of new snow.  Still below freezing
when we left mid day
Only Switchback was packed.  Broke snow on some others.  Crest trail
leading south is difficult because of drifts crossing trail.  Road and lots
are plowed.
