[NMCCSC] Cross Country Skiing in Vermont is legendary

grew up in boston, and learned to ski in NH, VT.
i think heading to VT could be an excellent trip.
i would note, however, that is possible for it to rain at any time during
the winter.
january thaws there were legendary.
