*Pagosa Nordic Club - Grooming Report*

01/05 - 3/4 km loop at Yamaguchi groomed by the Pagosa Nordic Club.

Join Pagosa Nordic this Saturday, January 8th at Cloman Park for the Season
Opener Nordic race. This event includes a 20km freestyle skate ski race as
part of the SW nordic ski race series which starts at 9am with the
following races starting at 10am,

A 5km citizens classic ski, 5km citizens skate ski, 3km youth ski and Kid K
race. You can check out event details and registration at

your skis and come race with us or grab your cow bells and come out and
cheer on the racers
PNC needs a few volunteers for our race event at Cloman Park this Saturday!
If you are able, please come to Cloman Park by 8:15 am on Jan 8th.

01/04 - 10km at Coyote Hill groomed by the Forest Service.

01/03 - Meadow Loop and Lake Spur trails groomed by the Wolf Creek Ski Area.
01/02 - Lower Laverty groomed by the Pagosa Nordic Club.
(Laverty Ranch is private property with access for cross country skiing
only. Please no dogs, snowshoeing or walking. Please park on the west side
of the lot away from the building. PNC donation or membership requested to
ski at this location.)

01/02 - Davis Ranch grooming by the Pagosa Nordic Club.
(Davis Ranch is private property with access for cross country skiing only.
Please no dogs, snowshoeing or walking.)

01/02 - Cloman groomed by the Pagosa Nordic Club.

*West Fork* Due to the recent heavy snows and wind, numerous trees have
fallen over all of the ski trails with many dangerous, leaning widow
makers.  At last count, 24 trees are down over the trail route from the
trailhead to the campground.  Pagosa Nordic Club will work with other
stakeholders to remove the trees and get the trail skiable.
