Hello people-in-the-know ~
Looks like I'll be waiting another year to get going on this "learn to ski"
thing, and am planning to do some snowshoeing this Saturday. We were going
to head to Jemez / Coyote Call, but I see now there will be a big volunteer
effort going on there and I don't want to be in the way with our dogs.
So for those who've been out and about lately, where is there good snow
coverage for snowshoeing in the wilderness right now? Is there enough up in
the Sandias, or should we head to Santa Fe? Any other suggestions? It'll be
my friend's first time snowshoeing, but we're both very fit.
Thanks in advance ~
