[NMCCSC] Criteria for opening a National Forest

Hello Skiers,

A Ski Club member asked me the following question in an email today:

“Any idea of what the criteria are for reopening national forests?”

In response to this question, I emailed the text of the attached Word document.

After Lou Romero, retired U. S. Forest Service employee, approved my response, he added a statement that I included in the response.
